Accusative
The case of the direct object. Also used for verbs of motion. Words include: u, na, za.

Genitive
Describing part of something, ownership of something, quantity of something, and location of something. Words include: bez, blizu, do, ispod, ispred, iz, iza, između, iznad, od, pored, posle, pre.

Instrumental
Used when the subject is accompanied by something. Also used when describing the tool used for the completion of an action. Words include: sa, za.

Dative
The case of the indirect object. Used in sentences with towards, to, or for. Words include ka, prema. Uses the same endings as locative.

Used for locations and being somewhere. Used for talking "about" stuff. Words include u, na, o, po. Uses the same endings as dative.

Bdeti To Watch Over + nad + instrumental. Used for "Keeping vigil over", "watching over". Ja bdem, oni bdiju.
Bajati To Tell Fortunes, To Practice Sorcery "Bajanje" are spells and fortunes told by our babas. Ja bajem, oni baju.
